FSDF golf day drives away the rain

Briggs Equipment teamAfter our usual British summer weather leading up to the FSDF Golf Day, once again our luck was in and the rain stayed off for the day on Wednesday 20th June.

Ranked among the World’s Top 100 Courses by Golf World magazine (25th), The Hotchkin Course at the National Golf Centre, Woodhall Spa, is consistently rated among the world’s finest heathland golf experiences famous for its natural beauty, dramatic bunkering and distinct tactical challenge and this definitely did prove to be somewhat challenging for some of the players on the day. This was balanced with the opinion that this was a fantastic opportunity to play on such a prestigious course that some players would not have had.

As usual the competitive spirit was high on the day with highs and lows for everyone.  The day and evening was enjoyed by all and the results were extremely close.
