Membership Divisions

 FULL MEMBERS

Companies that engage in full or part storage and/or distribution of food and drink are eligible to become full members of the FSDF.  The full membership divisions are:

• Temperature Controlled Storage and Distribution
• Ambient Storage and Distribution
• Distribution only

Subscription levels are calculated on total storage capacity regardless of the number of sites operated.  For companies solely providing distribution services, subscription levels are based on the number of trucks operated.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

Any company that provides equipment, vehicles or services to the Food Storage and Distribution Industry may apply to become an FSDF Associate Member.  Subscription levels are based on the size of the company.

FOOD MANUFACTURERS AND RETAILERS

Food Manufacturers and retailers may apply for membership of the FSDF in this division.  Subscription levels align with those for Associate Members.  However, if the manufacturer or retailer directly operates their own storage and distribution, subscription levels will be calculated on the same basis as for Full Members.

HONORARY MEMBERS

From time to time, The FSDF Board of Directors may invite individuals to become Honorary Members.  Honorary membership is reserved for those that have given outstanding service to the industry or Federation over many years as well as individuals who have gained an outstanding reputation for their work with or on behalf of the industry such as academics, politicians, legal specialists etc.  Honorary Membership is by invitation only and there is no subscription levied.
