Eurotunnel launch a new responsive website
The website for FSDF member Eurotunnel’s Truck shuttle service, which went live last month, is set to dramatically improve service levels for its users. The site offers a modern feel, user-friendly interface, and responsive structure for optimal mobile performance.
Eurotunnelfreight.com allows account customers to log-in to their online account to access a whole range of customised services such as bookings, pre-registering or tracking vehicles. The website also offers other essential information such as safety boarding instructions videos or the latest travel updates.
Mimi Jordan, Senior Product and Comms Manager for Eurotunnel Le Shuttle Freight, said: “Over the last two years we’ve experienced a sharp increase in the number of customers accessing the site from mobile devices. Our previous site was not responsive and for logistics companies, who depend on us for our speed and efficiency, it’s essential that our website is easy to read and navigate across a wide range of devices.”

Eurotunnel Le Shuttle Freight is the most convenient and cost-effective way to transport freight between the UK and continental Europe, setting a new historic monthly record with 138,774 trucks transported in September 2017.
