She has been a fantastic addition to the business and is turning out to be a real shining light. She is also not afraid to get her hands dirty, which means she is a complete fit with the company ethos”
Lindsey started at Fresh having never worked in compliance, after a year in the business, she was promoted to Compliance Manager, taking on a team of three and overall management of the companies fleet of vehicles, QMS, warehousing and HR. Fresh is dedicated to developing the people that work for them, and are quick to identify the talents of the staff. “I’ve loved the past couple of years working in Compliance for Fresh. It’s so fast paced and they’re an amazing group of people.”
Lindsey will be attending the awards ceremony at the Sheraton Grand Hotel on Park Lane on the 22nd of March. “It’d be great to win,” she said, “but to be honest, I’m just blown away that I’ve even been nominated for something as big as this.”
We all wish Lindsey good luck for the awards, and wouldn’t be at all surprised if she won.
